Your Role:

  • To deliver outstanding client service and achieve great customer experience andsatisfaction;

Requirements:

  • Native/fluent level German (C1);
  • Good understanding of English (B2);
  •  Person with strong analytical, problem solving and general troubleshooting skills;

  • Good communication skills.
